Outdoor Time—TT
The benefits of spending time in nature with its greenery have been lauded for years (hello Japanese Forest Bathing). But with life today, the hours we spend staring at our screens make the thought of getting outside especially appealing … and important.
This week Health Wise Friday scrutinizes the value of time in nature (and all its different names). Without question being outside is a pleasure, but is it really as good for us as we hear? I mean, what’s the hype about going outside?
